Communities bearers of intangible cultural heritage

Authorities of local public administration are the legal exponents of the communities that hold the heritage. They co-operate with central authorities that manage the domain, respecting the laws, in order to elaborate the programms for identification, documentation, research, conservation, transmission, promotion and valuing of the intangible cultural heritage. For the implementation of these programms authorities of local public administration stipulate in their anual budgets money to finance or co-finance the activities for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage elements. At the same time, in this order the authorities of local public administration benefit of transfers with a special destination from the budget of the State, after the conditions of the law.
